Erickson Manufacturing has been producing Tie-Down Straps and related products for over 25 years. We are
a voted-in member of the Web Sling & Tie-Down Association which keeps us up to date with legislation, new technology, etc. All of our 5000 lb. and higher tie-downs have the web sling labels sewn into the product. If you have a customer going into a D.O.T. (weigh scales) inspection centre, the inspector will see the Web Sling & Tie-Down Association’s label, and know the tie-downs are made by a bona fide tie-down expert. We are constantly looking at new materials, new ideas, and new sewing technology to ensure that our products and customers are constantly up to date. All products giving a maximum load are tested regularly to ensure the advertised loads are met and exceeded. Our new catalogue has one of the largest retail packaged programs in North America. We have warehouses in both the USA and Canada to service our customers quickly and efficiently. Over the past year, Erickson Manufacturing has been very busy redesigning our clam style packaging. We are very pleased with our efforts and now offer a smaller, more space-saving style clam. The new design can either hang on the traditional peg board hook or can in most cases, be self standing, allowing the product to be displayed on a shelf. A lot of our products are quite heavy when hanging multiples on hooks; the stand-up design is the answer to this particular problem. English, French, and Spanish print on the packaging makes our product more customer friendly. More product information with features and benefits, along with working load limits, has been added to the package print. This better informs customers, so that a knowledgeable choice can be made at the time of purchase. All part numbers throughout the catalogue starting with a “0” feature the clam style packaging.
